Gentle Yoga

Drop-in yoga class for cancer patients, survivors, and family members. Adaptive yoga class modified to each participant's ability. Bring a mat, borrow a mat, or sit in a chair.

Look Good, Feel Better Workshop

This hands-on workshop is designed to help female cancer patients learn how to enhance their appearance through the use of wigs, makeup and accessories. All participants receive a complimentary kit of cosmetics. The program is a free, non-medical, product neutral program offered in partnership with the ACS, the National Cosmetology Association, and the Personal Care Products Council Foundation.

Writing Through Cancer

An expressive writing program for people living with cancer. Research shows that writing and sharing your stories of the cancer experience will help you make sense of complex emotions, diminish the sense of isolation that sometimes accompanies a cancer diagnosis, and gain insight and perspectives to help cope more effectively. Led by Sharon Bray, Ed.D, author of When Words Heal: Writing Through Cancer, you'll write together with other cancer survivors in an environment of safety support.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

An 8-week course designed to cultivate greater attention and awareness, based on the stress reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.  This class helps you mobilize the inner resources of your mind & body for coping, healing and improved well-being.
